I have spent many years practicing yoga and am a RYT200 Yoga Alliance certified teacher. Yoga has brought me comfort, balance and good health both physically and mentally. During these uncertain times there is no better practice, whether you are a seasoned yogi or completely new to yoga, I would love you to join me.

£5 per class or £12 weekly class pass

​Tuesday and Sunday classes will be a Vinyasa style of yoga which is a dynamic practice that fluidly moves between postures, connecting breath to movement.

Wind Down Flow will be a slower paced Vinyasa including restorative poses which are held for longer periods of time to relax the body and mind. 

All classes will start with Pranayama- breathing practice and end with a relaxation. 

  • You will need to download Zoom to take part in these live classes.

  • Feel free to email me if you'd like to tell me about any injuries or conditions. I will be offering options and modifications throughout the classes but please take responsibility for your own body and know you are taking part at your own risk. 

  • You might want to have a yoga block or stack of books handy to use as support. Pillows, cushions or a bolster are always great to have in restorative postures but know that none of this is essential. 

  • If you are unable to pay for the classes or would prefer to pay a smaller contribution please don't hesitate to email me.
