I have spent many years practicing yoga and am a RYT200 Yoga Alliance certified teacher. Yoga has brought me comfort, balance and good health both physically and mentally. During these uncertain times there is no better practice, whether you are a seasoned yogi or completely new to yoga, I would love you to join me.

£5 per class or £12 weekly class pass
Tuesday and Sunday classes will be a Vinyasa style of yoga which is a dynamic practice that fluidly moves between postures, connecting breath to movement.
Wind Down Flow will be a slower paced Vinyasa including restorative poses which are held for longer periods of time to relax the body and mind.
All classes will start with Pranayama- breathing practice and end with a relaxation.
You will need to download Zoom to take part in these live classes.
Feel free to email me if you'd like to tell me about any injuries or conditions. I will be offering options and modifications throughout the classes but please take responsibility for your own body and know you are taking part at your own risk.
You might want to have a yoga block or stack of books handy to use as support. Pillows, cushions or a bolster are always great to have in restorative postures but know that none of this is essential.
