I have spent many years practicing yoga and am a RYT200 Yoga Alliance certified teacher. Yoga has brought me comfort, balance and good health both physically and mentally. During these uncertain times there is no better practice, whether you are a seasoned yogi or completely new to yoga, I would love you to join me.

Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic practice that fluidly moves between postures, connecting breath to movement.
Gentle Flow is suitable for beginners, those wanting to move at a slower pace and anyone dealing with injuries - I will give lots of posture options.
All classes will start with Pranayama- breathing practice and end with a relaxation.
You will need to download Zoom to take part in these live classes.
Feel free to email me if you'd like to tell me about any injuries or conditions. I will be offering options and modifications throughout the classes but please take responsibility for your own body and know you are taking part at your own risk.
You might want to have a yoga block or stack of books handy to use as support and a scarf or belt is handy to help in some poses.
